Receiving incoming call/email and provide the necessary information to JP customer
Welcome new customer and existing customer when they visit reception
Taking care new customer till they start to live
Respond any requests from customer in professional way
Record customer information in the report
Handling living contract, invoice(written in English)
Handling facility event for customer, making some event plan
Visit corporate client and promote our residential
Coordinate with facility engineer to solve the facility's problem quickly
Other task might be assigned

Be interested in Sales, Marketing, hotel industry
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Having experience in hotel industry
English: Basic level
Japanese: Conversational level
Workplace Area: Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (5 days working in Tue-Sat *Sun, Mondays are holiday)
