ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Making daily and monthly report about Trading Company revenue and submit to management level for information support such as Cargo Age Inventory, Sales related detail etc.
 Seeking and Purchasing Machine from USA, Europe for stocking
 Issue Purchase order and coordinate for payment delivery schedule issue
 Coordinate with Japan HQ, Laem chabang branch, and Bank for process about International Trade, Drop ship sales both for Telegraphic Transfer and Letter of Credit Payment
 Proceed Document, Cargos Courier, payment check, Sea Freight Insurance and selling LC note to bank.
 Proceed for Certificate of Origin.
 Proceed for renewing company user account in Thai Chamber of Commerce system.
 Making internal letter
 Support sales tasks and monitor every process to be smooth and no problem.
 Attend monthly meeting for gather information and apply company policy to team member.
 Any task as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 25-40 years
 Bachelor’s degree
 Good command in English and Japanese language both writing and verbal
 Experience at least 3 years of any trading related field

English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level
