Interpreting language which is related to HR, Accounting, Admin and Safety (Sometimes need to support interpreting in factory)
Interpret Japanese to Thai and vice versa in office as main.
Support Japanese staff to communicate with Thai staff regarding Accounting, HR&GA and Safety
Attend internal meeting in factory and office, and interpreting during the meeting
Make minutes of the meeting in Japanese
Translate documents and e-mail from Japanese to Thai and vice versa. Sometimes translate documents or e-mail from Thai to English and vice versa
Exchange e-mail with clients or Japan HQ in Japanese when it’s necessary
Support to apply B-visa and Work Permit, booking hotel for Japanese staff
Other administration task might be assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 23-35 years
Have JLPT3 or JLPT2 (Advanced conversation level of Japanese)
Basic level of English (Can exchange Email in English )
At least 2 years’ experience as interpreter OR any HR&GA, Accounting related experience with Japanese use
Person who can work in a company for long time
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Good vocabulary knowledge of HR&GA or Accounting or Safety
English: Basic level
Japanese: Conversational level
Workplace Area: Amata City, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Saturday working: Once in a month)
