ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 To design and develop training methods in order to increase sales and customers’ satisfaction
 To plan training calendar and conduct training course for both new hires and existing staff on products and selling methods such as product knowledge, basic skincare knowledge and service mind
 To monitor and strengthen store staff’s productivity focusing on selling skill and product knowledge
 To visit all stores to follow-up and ensure that each staff has a favorable level of product knowledge and service standard
 To evaluate constantly training progress, results and future needs via training checklist to optimize training efficiency
 To provide counseling, coaching and motivate staff for higher sales gain
 Responsible for all training reports and evaluation reports
 Coordinated with Regional Japanese Trainer, Division Manager or third party such as supplier for any related training supports
 To handle any other projects to improve sales as required

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, female, 23-30 years
 Bachelor degree
 Minimum 1 year of experience in training or related fields
 Experience in Health and Beauty Care retail or product
 Japanese Language skills (N2+)
 English communicating skills
 Able to travel to all stores including upcountry store (60% of working time)
 Able to work on some weekends or holidays as required but can take day off on weekdays

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Interested in Japanese Health and Beauty products
 Welcome Japanese speaker
