<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for planning and organizing all production activities
 Assessing project and resources requirements
 Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
 Determining quality control standards and overseeing production processes with other managements
 Reading new-machine-manual(written in JP, provided from JP HQ) and provide training for subordinates
 Handling ISO9001/IATF16949 issues
 Supervise staff in good discipline & cooperation to the targets / policies
 Other tasks will be assigned by JP

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, male/female, 35-45 years
 Bachelor degree
 Advanced conversation level of Japanese (above N3 level, Can communicate with Japanese boss and read technical document)
 At least 3 years working experiences as production control in automotive parts manufacturing company
 Having experience of management
 Understanding ISO9001 (knowledge of production line)
 Be able to commute to work by himself/herself

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Having knowledge of TS16949 or IATF16949
 Used to work in pressing processing parts industry
