ลักษณะงาน


<Job Responsibilities>
 Receiving a call from customers.
 Providing help and answers to the customers' technical issues through identification of the problem itself, research on answers and subsequent provision of guidance.
 Guidance of the users to support them in becoming more productive
 Support in the development of programs to train the customer on how to properly use the products
 Concession of the customers' troubles by recommendation of products, services or procedures
 Visit clients if needed (not often with company's car provide)
 Support communication between Japan HQ and the manufacturers.

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, male/female, 30-35 years
 Bachelor degree in any fields
 At least 3 years experiences as a Technical Service, Customer support (Technical) related with mechanical, electric design, machine and electrical parts selection)
 Good command in Japanese (Advanced Conversational - middle to high)
 Strong communication skills.
 Having own car

Languages skills
English: Basic level
Japanese: Conversational level
