Implement QA/QC activities in inspecting products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
Handling ISO/IATF16949 issues
Report quality problems to Plant Manager and procedure of quality concern
Inspect procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained
Conduct QA audit and Quality risk analysis at production site
Keep KPI target and analysis route cause to improvement to achieve KPI
Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to client
Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem
Make an action plan for KAIZEN of quality issue and implement it with each related Dept.
Conducting labor management and training
Perform other tasks as assign by Plant Manager

Advanced Conversation Level of Japanese (High)(above N3)
Advanced Conversation Level of English (Med- High)
At least 5 years QA/QC experience in Automotive parts manufacturing
Having management experience
Be able to commute to work by themselves

Good command of Chinese
English: Conversational level

Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00 - 17:00 (Every other Saturday)
