Making quotation for customer
Preparing sales monthly report and price calculating through excel program
Liaise with client and other departments to provide the service
Co-operate with headquarter in Japan and Factory in Group and European Car Maker
Reporting job issues to the direct supervisor
Assisting Manager to analyze business trends and forecast car production volume
Organize and maintain sales documents in a systematic manner
Attending the meeting
Perform other duties as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, male/female, 24-28 years
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
2 years at least of work experience in sales coordinator
Having coordinating experience in Automotive Industry will be an advantage.
Computer literacy especially in MS. Office
Good command of both written and spoken English (TOEIC 600 scores up)
or Japanese Language N3
Good personality, human relation skills and teamwork oriented.
Strong service mind, good interpersonal skill, outgoing personality, energetic with strong negotiation, communication & coordination skills with ability to work under pressure

English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level
