ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Managing DTP (Desktop Publishing) & localization related projects.
 File tracking, integrity checks, hand-offs, hand-backs with clients and production teams.
 Status reporting and client status meetings.
 Follow up on outstanding issues and flag critical path tasks.
 Communication with both internal and external clients.
 Adhering to timelines as agreed with customer and to work with DTP/translation/review vendors so as to deliver on time.
 Check hand-offs to ensure that they meet client requirements.
 Project information maintenance.
 Manage and track financial aspect of Projects.
 Administer any necessary scheduling changes.

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, male/female, 25-35 years
 Bachelor degree
 At least 2 years experiences in Admin, Sales Coordinator, Interpreter or any coordinator field
 Good command both in English and Japanese Language (at least N2 is required)
 Good Computer Skill : Microsoft Office, Internet and e-mail
 Strong administration skills and hardworking attitude.
 Must be familiar with standard Office and internet communications tools.
 Well-organized and details oriented.
 Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality with proprietary information.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Have experience in Printing, Label, Packaging Business.
 Experience and knowledge in Translation/Localization industry.
 Experience in tracking record of project management.
 Knowledge in Accounting/Finance or Purchasing/Supply Chain Management.
 Knowledge of Web/Multimedia technology or Programming.
