ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
Sales Safety Job
 Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.
 Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
 Monitor workplace activities to ensure that workers complying the company policies and government safety regulations.
 Ensure that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported, safety inspections, risk assessments and lone working procedures are managed and employees are aware of their responsibilities and Co-ordinate the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.
 Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant health, safety & welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business.
 Establish a structured program of health & safety training throughout the company liaise with external health & safety consultants in the provision of training programs and health and safety services.
 Establish a full program of documented health & safety inspections, audits and checks.
 Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

Admin
 Organize and arrangement of company administrative functions
 Provide suppliers by identifying needs for office, factory and each department, establishing policies, rules, procedures, and work schedules.
 Provide administrative services to affiliates.
 Maintain continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs,
 Arrange and prepare the equipment, facility to meet all concern requirement.
 Maintain contracts, BOI, license and corporate social responsibility
 Handling efficient and professionally to internal / external phone calls,
 Petty cash control
 Translate the document or interpreter as leader require


HR
 Support Bangkok Head Office for all HR functions
 Administrative support on relating with business trips for Japanese managers
 Assisting VISA and Work Permit application and renewal for expatriate

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

* เพศหญิง

* JLPT N3 ขึ้นไป

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, female, 25-35 years
 Bachelor degree
 Minimum 3-5 years experiences in safety or admin
 Working experience on operations of environment treatment facilities/ legal compliance/- occupational safety will be preferred.
 Good command in Japanese (N3, Advanced Conversation - high)
 Presentation skill (Power point, Excel)
 Good Interpersonal and communication skill

Japanese: Conversational level
