ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Main duty is coordinate everything between client and subcontractor, which is about schedule, quality of the work and cost etc.
 Make installation, construction planning and schedule after getting requirements from client
 Analyze and manage construction progress to improve all process and run time
 Coordinate and negotiate with client in Thailand or sales team of Japan HQ to make everything be successful
 Manage cost of installation, material and also control quality of piping work and equipment installation
 Be the contact person of client and subcontractor when there is some problems or changes of plan
 Monitor all progress to finish the work on time
 Implement final check of installation and work quality
 Manage other back office work such as accounting, GA and HR (Act as branch manager)
 Other task as MD assign

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, male/female, 35-45 years
 Bachelor’s degree Advanced conversation level of Japanese (High)
 5-7 years experiences of factory management or production management which is controlling overall project, and negotiating with client or supplier
 Be able to commute to work by themselves
 Own car

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Good command of English
 Experience in engineering or construction company


Languages skills
English: Basic level
Japanese: Conversational level
