ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Review company's regulations and modify it
 Take care employment registration and working condition issues
 Plan HR& Admin activities of company, and monitor it
 Handle HRD task such as training for new staff, staff development within planned budget
 Review personnel welfare, policies of the company
 Recruit staff in the company by coordinating with HR agency and using job board
 Prepare employment letters for all new staff
 Responsible for the full range of work permit/ VISA for Japanese staff
 Confirmation of update personnel records of all staff, time card, leave records, medical claims, reservist pay computation, insurance and hospital claims etc.
 Prepare performance appraisal forms (annual/confirmation review) and distribute them to superiors.
 Payroll task

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, female, 38-45 years
 Bachelor degree
 Advanced conversation level of Japanese (High)
 At least 5-7years experiences as HR & GA sections in any companies
 Used to manage subordinates as leader or senior
 Be able to commute to work by themselves
 Can handle multitask
 Having driving license

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Has worked in Japanese company before


Languages skills
English: Basic level
Japanese: Conversational level
