ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Support exporting procedure of component parts to Head Office (EGYPT) and Japanese partner
 Make updated quotation monthly base on exchange rate
 Coordinate with Thai suppliers about new specification of parts as per customer request to get a quotation and supply parts to customer
 Issue Invoice and purchase order to supplier
 Negotiate and follow up with each supplier about delivery
 Issue invoice, packing and arrange shipment (Sea Shipment and Air Shipment) according to buyers request
 Read and check Letter of Credit (L/C)
 Issue shipping documents as per Letter of Credit (L/C) request, including Bill of Loading document (B/L) and related privileged form (Form CO) and finally present to bank

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, male/female, 25-30 years
 Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
 Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in export field
 Able to use Microsoft Office especially excel (Vlookup)
 Good command of speaking and writing English
 Good command of speaking and writing Japanese (At least N3)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experience in trading at consumer electronics manufacturers

Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level
