Handle all back office task for new set up company
BOI related documentation and application for import & export
Create HR policy of the company and set up employee regulations
HRM task such as payroll contracts, company law, employment registration, labor law, health and safety legislation, working conditions, recruiting, reviewing welfare and company policies
HRD task such as planning staff development & training within planned budget
GA task such as applying work permit/ VISA for Japanese staff
Purchasing task such as negotiating price, manage delivery schedule
Coordinate with Japan HQ when it's necessary

Thai nationality, male/female, 35-45 years
Advanced conversation Level of Japanese (High, N3 up)
Basic Level of English (Can exchange e-mail in English)
At least 5-7 years working experiences in HR, Admin or BOI field of manufacturing company
Have working experience as leader or assistant manager to manage team before
Be able to commute to work by themselves
Can handle multitask and supportive person
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Used to work in new set up company before
Have strong knowledge of BOI application
English: Basic level
Japanese: Conversation level
