Manage legal compliance tasks serving ASEAN affiliates
Play key role on establishing contract management system, contract reviews and setting up standards on ASEAN affiliates
Play key role on legal compliance operation and monitoring and audit
Investigate and provide solution when legal/compliance issues occur; follow up with corrective & preventive status and report to management
Coordinate and give guidance to legal/compliance organizers in ASEAN affiliates to promote legal/ compliance initiatives
Plan and conduct legal/compliance awareness and training
Other works as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, male/female, 30-35 years
Bachelor Degree in Law or any related fields
Have an experience more than 5 years in field such as Legal and Compliance , Risk Management , Audit and the similar
English communication Business level (TOEIC 700 - 800 up)
Good command of Japanese (N2 or above)
Excellent analytical and research skills
Able to work in team or individual and complete assignments within deadline
