ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage legal compliance tasks serving ASEAN affiliates
 Play key role on establishing contract management system, contract reviews and setting up standards on ASEAN affiliates
 Play key role on legal compliance operation and monitoring and audit
 Investigate and provide solution when legal/compliance issues occur; follow up with corrective & preventive status and report to management
 Coordinate and give guidance to legal/compliance organizers in ASEAN affiliates to promote legal/ compliance initiatives
 Plan and conduct legal/compliance awareness and training
 Other works as assigned

Salary: 50,000–60,000THB

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, male/female, 30-35 years
 Bachelor Degree in Law or any related fields
 Have an experience more than 5 years in field such as Legal and Compliance , Risk Management , Audit and the similar
 English communication Business level (TOEIC 700 - 800 up)
 Good command of Japanese (N2 or above)
 Excellent analytical and research skills
 Able to work in team or individual and complete assignments within deadline
 MS Office
