ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Producing general documents or presentation materials
 Making E-mail correspondence, announcements and notifications
 Providing general administrative assistance as needed within the department
 Maintaining filing system for reference material
 Coordinating department's administrative function
 Process purchasing for Software Department
 Maintain data for inventory control of company assets, office stationary and software licenses
 Support GMs/Japanese employees in software department for
 Coordinating communication and correspondence in English, Japanese and Thai for both written and spoken communication
 Air ticket, Data Roaming and hotel reservation
 Document translation
 Support other assignments up on request
 Manage overall tasks and given an advice to subordinates in daily work
 Identify the issues and solve the problem in team

Salary: 35,000–45,000THB

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

* เพศหญิง

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, female, 28-32 years
 Bachelor's Degree in any field
 At least 5 year experience in General Affairs / Administration
 Good command in Computer literacy (Ms-Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
 Good communication skill and service minded
 Good command in English language
 Good command in Japanese language (JLPT N3 up)
 Eager to learn and able to work under pressure in a multinational working environment especially Japanese working culture
