ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Make appointments by calling new potential clients.
 Visit clients with JP branch manager to listen to client's need
 Create proposals by mainly Microsoft Power point
 Collect and analyze data and design and prepare for required solutions for each clients such as Training course, HR assessment system tool, HR organization structure. (Initially , main solution will be Training for managers)
 Analyze and report the result of each solution afterwards and use them for next proposal
 Other task as assigned

Salary: 30,000–53,000THB

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, male/female, 25-35 years
 Bachelor degree
 Business level of Japanese language (Prefer N1)
 At least 2 years professional experience (Sales experience is preferred)
 Good at using Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel, etc)
 Strong interests in HR consulting, HR development, Training service.
 Self-runner and have highly ambitious to achieve the target (Possess target-oriented mind)
 Has the strong sense of client-oriented mind and thought
 Personality (Outgoing, Supportive, Flexible , Team player, Positive, Ownership)

English: Conversational level
Japanese: Business level
