ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Act as Secretary to the Japanese Managing Director
 Translate the business communication from Japanese language to Thai language and vice versa from Thai language to Japanese language
 Prepare and issue the meeting invitation, and taking the minute of meeting.
 Prepare the schedule of Japanese management to be signed off the company's necessary documents
 Coordinate with concerned department for prioritize and schedule to meeting with the Japanese Management
 Prepare the necessary things for greeting and welcome the company's guests.
 Coordinate and participate as steering committee of company's activities

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, female, 21-30 years
 Bachelor degree in Japanese language or related field.
 0-3 years of working experiences
 Japanese language proficiency test result N2 or above (Advanced conversational - high)
 Good command in English (Advanced Conversation - Low)
 Computer literacy (MS. office - Word / Excel / Power point)
 Pleasant personality and good communicator
 Willing to learn new things and have highly sense of service mind
 Positive attitude, highly accountability and CAN DO attitude.
