ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for daily contact with customers and handle daily orders timely
 Check PO backlog with customer/vendor periodically
 Monitor delivery schedule frequently, arrange shipments (prepare documents included) per customer’s request in time
 Track customer’s demand forecast and negotiate with vendor for the requirements of pull-in or push out
 Regularly monitor inventory, and follow up customer’s payment schedule
 Others as assigned by Manager

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai Nationality, Male or Female , age 25-30 years
 Bachelor/Master in any fields
 At least 3 years’ experience in sales, sales coordinator or trading
 Good communication in English and Japanese (at least JLPT N3)
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Have a strong ability to communicate across all levels of customers and several departments in the company.
 Able to work under pressure and act with a high sense of urgency.
 Have a service-minded attitude and positive thinking.
Languages skills
English: Conversational
Japanese: Conversational
