ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Support some general office duties such as mail box and answering phones.
 Perform secretarial jobs to Chairman and Japanese expatriates.
 Handle administrative issues related to apply visa, passport, work permit, or documents for Japanese expatriates and family.
 Coordinate driver’s assignment, control office vehicles usage, toll fee, gasoline consumption and review driver’s salary and OT.
 Perform reimbursement of oversea travelling for Japanese expatriates.
 Check reimbursement of oversea travelling and airplane ticket reservation, including travel insurance.
 Handle hotel reservation for visitors and customers in Thailand.
 Provide translation or interpretation support to Japanese executives.
 -Support Japanese expatriate administration duties, coordinating with affiliates and Headquarter on dispatch status, and assist in calculating expats salary and allowance.
 Handle Japanese welfare administration such as health check-up and other related matters
 Perform any other duties as assigned

 Thai Nationality, Female, age 22-30 years
 Bachelor in any related field
 Fresh Graduate is welcome
 Experience as HR&GA Function with Japanese expatriate
 Familiar working with Japanese and well understanding of Japanese culture.
 Microsoft Office Excel, word, power point, lotus notes.
 Good personality and interpersonal skills, service mind, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and being good team player

 None

Languages skills
English: Conversational
Japanese: Business Level
