ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Visit clients regularly and build up good relationship with existing clients especially by approaching purchasing division
 Driven sales team to hit sales target by making effective sales strategy and keep good relationship with key person of client
 Catch sourcing period of client and propose products to get orders from them
 During sample trial period, get feedback from client and negotiate with both production team and client to deliver products which meets client’s expectation
 Negotiate price, amount and schedule in order to enhance sales amount
 Visit new clients which are introduced from HQ or others to get more business partners
 Manage daily sales activity of subordinates to achieve sales team target
 Make monthly and yearly sales plan and set target of sales team
 Coordinate with client and internal related department to deliver products as client expects
 Manage necessary document for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc.
 Report situation to Japanese manager regularly
 Train sales staff to be more professional and let them work with high efficiency

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 33-45 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in any field
 At least 5-7 years’ sales experience in manufacturing company
 Have experience to sell automotive parts
 Experience to manage some team members as senior or assistant manager level
 Advanced conversation level of English (Med)
 Advanced conversation level of Japanese (Low)Strong negotiation skill and coordination skill
