ลักษณะงาน


<Job Responsibilities>
 Provide support on compliance training and activities to the company and affiliates.
 Coordinate with internal department and external agencies to carry out the task related to compliance.
 Assist compliance team in terms of general administration task such as, manage expense sheet, meeting supplies and training material control etc.
 Support document and materials matters, including translation (Thai-English-Japanese)
 Support other tasks assigned by superior

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 23-35 years old
 Bachelor in Bachelor's degree in any field
 Experience in Administrator or any related field
 Experience or some knowledge in compliance is strongly welcome
 Good knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
 Highly developed communication and influencing skills with ability to build relationships at across the organization at all levels
 Accountable for own decisions and actions whilst respectful of the professional responsibilities of others
 High degree of integrity, responsibility and ethics
 Proactive and good team player

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Bachelor's Degree in Laws
 Experience in compliance
 Language skill : TOEIC at least 800, JPLT Level 2 or higher
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: Business Level
