ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
Consulting
 identify current and possible problems for client based on market, competitor and company's internal analysis
 Create consulting plan based on client's mid-term vision, requests and problems
 Facilitate meeting with management team
 Conduct workshops, training sessions for strategic implementation
 Create and maintain good relationship with management team

Marketing and Sales
 Conduct seminar and lecture at business school for branding, business opportunity and client network (conduct in Thai)
 Find and develop new marketing structure (ex. networking)
 Propose consulting projects to new client (in Thai and English)

Internal Tasks
 Partly translate and check documents (Thai, Japanese and English)
*Translation tasks are mainly outsourced
 Serve as interpreter in various occasions (Thai, Japanese and English)

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

i<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 26-35
 Bachelor’s Japanese or Related field.
 Have an interest in consulting field
 Japanese: N1 level (focus on fluent practical communication than the certificate)
 English: Business level
 Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or sales
 Proficient in Microsoft Offices
 Able to do over time
 Have presentation skill and interpersonal skill

 None

Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: Business Level
