ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Provides the full coordination throughout end-to-end recruitment process, such as requisition management, screens and sources for qualified candidates, job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communication, offer management.
 Organize the orientation and introduction program for new employees.
 Maintain documentation and administer offer and hand over information to HR Operations team.
 Other documents support as assignment

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai Nationality, Female, 24-30 years old.
 Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resource or Related Field
 2 Year experience in Recruitment field
 Good command in English (TOEIC 550 up) / Japanese language skill (N3 up)
 Good Personality and Interpersonal Skill
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel,Powerpoint,Acess)
 Strong communication and service minded

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 None

Languages skills
English: Conversational
Japanese: Conversational
