Take care of Japanese expatriate by including of VISA and Work Permit (Use the outside vendor), Salary/Bonus check, Trouble shooting
Supervise in Property management (by including of leasing agreement, negotiation, renovation, etc.) i.e. furniture, office equipment, telephone operation matters, office insurance, company card, driver matter

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 30-35 years old
Japanese or Thai candidates who can speak in Japanese and English language as well
At least 3 years of working experiences in taking care of Japanese expatriates, supervise in property management, hosting group-wide meetings or trainings, arrange the shareholder list, affidavit, articles of association by following the lawyer’s instruction
