Work outline: Responsible for overall Human Resource activities to achieve company’s objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Establish system and procedure to meet local legal requirement.
Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations management, training and development, compensation and benefit, counseling, disciplinary management.
Manage and advice management on compensation and benefits given to a position are competitive to the market.
Align the business objective with the manpower planning and work on appropriate strategies on recruitment.
Provide advice and information to all staff members of internal matters.
Coordinate with line manager regarding manpower request and timeline to support all section
Motivate staff to achieve individual goal and provide resource for development

Salary: 70,000 – 90,000 THB (Base)

Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years
Bachelor degree in any related field.
7-10 years’ experience in HR field (HRM, HRD, Administration, and Labor Law).
Experienced in dealing with all function in Human Resource department.
At least 3 years’ experience in management level (Assistant Manager, Manager)
Experience in Japanese company
Good command of Japanese and English
Strong self-motivated and seek for improvement.
Good interpersonal and team player
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Advanced conversation level

Working Hour: 7:30 – 16:30 (Monday - Friday) (1 – 2 Saturday per year depends on company’s calendar)
