Staffers is one of the pioneers in the recruitment and human
resource management industry of Thailand. It was established
in 1989 by Mr. Roy and Ms. Tharntip Cowie with the mission to
serve employers by providing human resources that would
assist management to improve business performance and,
above all else, to minimize staffing costs and time. Principally
we offered staffing and human resource management service
for the luxury retail industry, the finance and banking field, as
well as the consumer and industrial product manufacturers
and distributors. Our clients were predominantly from Europe,
America, and Thailand.

Position: Consultant/Senior Consultant (Japanese Speaking)



Responsibilities:

Contacting prospect clients for recruitment services and planning for sale visit to build the relationship with them.
Searching and analyzing resumes/applicants to match the client's requirement by using online and offline recruitment channel including cold-call/head-hunting method.
Understanding and maintaining the quality services to clients and candidates by matching skills of candidate to client’s needs.
Candidate reference checking, health & medical and criminal checking coordination
Maintaining and developing the relationship with the existing clients and potential candidate.
Handling the recruitment assignments by developing search strategies, screening the existing database, sourcing, interviewing, assessing candidates and recommending them to clients.
Managing recruitment assignment to be completed within agreed timeline.
Perform variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service (ie. preparing candidate’s resume, storing candidate profile into database system etc.)

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

* JLPT N3 ขึ้นไป

* ประสบการณ์เรียนแลกเปลี่ยนที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่นมี

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields.
At least 1+ years of sales experience or any achieving experience such as KPI, project management etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of English language communication.
Good command of Japanese language communication.
Strong interests to HR field
Strong client/customer-oriented mind and result oriented mind
Good computer literacy (MS office/ Word/PowerPoint)
