Our Client is famous cosmetic company from Japan which is looking for Experience Japanese speaking HR/Admin who wants to growing up with company and who is Beauty lover

Job description

-Facilitate necessary HR function together with MD such as payroll system, corporate regulations, and evaluation systems. Facilitate the job interviews of the candidates and also entrance arrangements to the new employees. Procure all office equipment and stationary needed.
- Principal Account abilities
Ensure the company is in compliance with Labor Law through the actions of complete payroll payment and provision of corporate regulations.

Job Scope
HR Recruitment:
-Contact the relevant parties for the recruitment of HO and store employees
-Arrange the interviews
-Prepare the entrance of the newly hired employees
-Communicate with accounting and finance team for additional personnel
-Process the resignations of the employees
HR Payroll:
-Arrange the payroll of all employees every month to the outsourced party
-Calculate the attendance and OTs
-Establish the efficient and effective methods for the time attendance and leave applications
HR Regulations:
-Prepare corporate regulations suitable for the company
-Discuss and align with both shareholders (istyle Inc. and Siam Piwat)
-Communicate with relevant parties in regular basis to ensure the company is in compliance with all existing and newly enforcing law and regulations
-Get involve with establishing the company’s evaluation system
Administrative work:
-Prepare all office equipment and infrastructure necessary for daily operation

* JLPT N4 ขึ้นไป

Qualifications Required
-Bachelor’s degree
-Working experience for at least three years
-Beauty and Cosmetics Lover
-Japanese and English Practical level
-working experience at least 1 year
