ลักษณะงาน

About this Job
Work outline: Ensuring all operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules / Handling Japanese Interpreter tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program
 Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
 Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk
 Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
 Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
 Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
 Interpreter in the meeting and office support
 Assist translation and interpreting job for the company
 Coordinate with the company’s Japanese partner in all aspects of tasks
 Perform others related duties as assigned


About the Benefit
Salary: 35,000 – 50,000THB negotiable

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Male/female, age 22-35 years
 Bachelor’s Degree
 New graduate or 0-2 years working experience as coordinator/ interpreter or any related
 Japanese Language Skill N2 or N1 is a MUST!
 Good in written and spoken English and Japanese.
 Good personality and Good communication skill.
 Have knowledge and experience in labor law/policy/regulation is a plus.
 Dynamic, good personality and can be worked under pressure

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level
