ลักษณะงาน

About this Job
Work outline: Coordinate with head quarter and supplier including support Japanese manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Coordinate with supplier and vendor (OEM)
 Interpret during a meeting for a team
 Support sales staff
 Support distributor. export products which made in Thailand
 Prepare quotation and related document
 Pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
 Distributing written messages to sales staff member's
 Track record of exceeding all assigned goals and expectations
 Liaise with Japan HQ by phone / e-mail in Japanese
 Set up shelf and decorate in a new store
 Support Japanese Manager
 Other tasks assign by manager


About the Benefit
Salary: 18,000 - 35,000 THB

☒Accidental and Health insurance OPD/IPD
☒Provident Fund
☒ Bonus depends on Company’s Profit

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Female, age 25-35 years
 Bachelor’s degree
 Experience as a Sales Coordinator in trading company
 Able to interpret during a meeting
 Passion in Japanese skincare, cosmetic
 Experience internship in oversea
 Able to use Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)

Preferable:
 Fresh Graduated are welcome
 Able to communicate in English

Languages skills
English: None
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level
