ลักษณะงาน

About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for all administration for support back office and HR Tasks + VISA/Work Permit Support.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Responsible for Visa and work-permit issue for company’s foreign employees
 Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
 Handle with payroll and co with accounting team
 Cooperate with local bank for company’s general banking issue
 In charge of internal purchasing, office material
 In charge of recruiting new employee
 Assist Japanese GM for other admin task as assigned




About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 – 90,000 THB Total

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai Nationality, Female, Age 38-45 years old
 Bachelor Degree in any related field
 Good command of English and Japanese (At least N2)
 5-10 year of working experience in Administrative
 Have knowledge about payroll
 Good interpersonal skill

Preferable:
 Experience of working for Japanese Company


Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level
