ลักษณะงาน

About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for overall GA task as well as secretary tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Assist Japanese MD in coordinating and documentation.
 Purchase office supplies
 Booking hotels, flights and other supporting task for business trip people.
 Correspond to telephone and connect to each department
 Maintain records on billing & collection status
 Generate invoice and prepare documents for internal approval
 Collect expense claims form employees and check
 Cooperating with accounting firm for company accounting matters
 Supporting preparation & submission of tax filling documents (VAT, withholding tax)
 Arranging office environments
 Other tasks as assigned

Salary: 50,000 - 100,000 THB

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai Nationality, Female , Age 28- 40 years old
 Bachelor’s degree
 At least 2-3 years experienced in GA, Admin or Accounting.
 Good command in Japanese(Business level)
 Experience in small company or willingness to work in start-up company
 Personality (Multi-tasking , Flexible , Self- starter)
 PC skill (PPT, Excel, Word)

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level
