About this Job
Work outline: Be responsible for support service engineer to do installation, maintenance and other technical support for distributors and clients by coordinating between engineer and Japanese.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Interpreting Japanese to Thai and Thai to Japanese between engineer staff, Japan HQ and Japanese clients.
Get information from Japanese design team and inform it to Thai engineer team
Support engineers to install and set up new machine at client’s site or factory
Repair and maintenance work for customers at the site
Provide technical support and advice with both customers and distributors in Thailand
Provide proper advise with distributor in other ASEAN countries in English on the phone
Control spare parts and equipment in a stock
Contact and respond any inquiry from customers with good service manner
Contact with technical team in Japan HQ when advanced technical support is needed

Be able to commute to work by himself/herself
Have an interest to machine and willing to learn
For supervisor position, need 1-2 years management experience of subordinates performance
Bachelor’s degree in engineering field, especially mechanical and electrical engineering
At least 1-2 years working experiences as service engineer or maintenance engineer of machine
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level
Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:40 (Mon-Fri) *No Saturday working
