About this Job
Work outline: Be responsible for admin task which is related to Japanese staff, and support interpreting and translating job.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Interpret Japanese to Thai and vice versa in both factory and office
Translate documents from Japanese to Thai and vice versa (E-mail, internal documents)
Exchange e-mail in English or Japanese to communicate with other Dept. and outsiders
Manage and coordinate with immigration and labor dept. regarding work permit and VISA for Japanese expats
Handle and prepare all secretarial work for Japanese manager
Support HR task as assigned
Prepare business trip for Japanese by coordinating with agent or site regarding airplane ticket and hotel
Support all task which Japanese manager assigned
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000 – 45,000 THB including all allowances

Qualifications:

Thai Nationality, Female, age between 26-35 years old
Bachelor Degree or higher in Laws, Accounting, Business Administration or Management
Advanced conversation level of Japanese (N3-N2)
Advanced conversation level of English (TOEIC 400)
At least 3-5 years working experience as interpreter or any position which use Japanese language
Preferable:
Have experience to work as admin or HR function before
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level (N3-N2)
