About this Job
Work outline: Be responsible for purchasing planning, manage delivery date and cost management
Duties & Responsibilities:
Make purchasing plan and parts list which should be supplied in according to production plan which manager make
Contact with supplier (Japan, China, Taiwan) to make orders, negotiate delivery schedule and price
Compare and evaluate offers (price and delivery plan) from several suppliers
Negotiate contract terms of agreement, pricing and delivery plan
Track orders and ensure timely delivery with each suppliers
Review quality of purchased products by communicating with production dept.
Enter order details into internal databases (Excel) to make record
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

Have experience to make purchasing plan and manage it by herself
Have high responsibility and good communication skill (especially listening skill )
Good Excel skill
Be able to commute to work by themselves
Has working experience in Japanese company before
