ลักษณะงาน

About this Job
Work outline: Be responsible for managing and improving all admin and HR function of the company by communicating well with staff and worker of the factory

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Have a meeting with management people to understand company strategy and direction
 Updating new regulations to management and revise company regulations to be appropriate one
 Providing legal advice as required (Ex: contracts, company law, employment registration, labor law, health and safety legislation, working conditions and so on)
 Liaise with external bodies such as Government departments, Taxation Bureau etc.
 Monitor and review admin and HR activities of the company
 Manpower planning through assessing future needs against present staffing
 Communicate with Japanese manager and make GA & HR strategy, explain to staffs about any changes
 Staff development & training within planned budget
 Review personnel welfare, policies and procedure formulation
 Recruitment new staff through using job board and agency as manager requested
 Prepare employment letters for all new staff
 Responsible for the full range of work permit/ VISA for Japanese staff
 Confirmation of update personnel records of all staff, time card, leave records, medical claims, reservist pay computation, insurance and hospital claims etc.
 Prepare performance appraisal forms (annual/confirmation review) and distribute them to superiors.
 Payroll administration
 Translate Japanese documents to Thai to let company policy and new regulations be penetrated in the company

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 40-45 years old
 Bachelor degree
 Advanced conversation level of Japanese (High)
 At least 5-10 years’ experience in Admin & HR section of FACTORY.
 At least 3 years’ experience in management level
 Has knowledge of tax and labor law
 Have high responsibility and good communication skill (especially listening skill )
 Be able to commute to work by themselves

Preferable:
 Has working experience in Japan or Japanese company before

Languages skills
English: Daily Conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversation Level
