ลักษณะงาน

About this Job
Work outline: Operating all general affair tasks

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Recording and creating all in-house sales document such as client’s inquiries, order, quotation etc.
 Act as interpreter when visiting client with JP MD
 Create report of actual sales order data
 Act as Sales conference administrator (Every Monday / PC operation / preparation of conference material)
 Customer gift arrangement
 Manuscript of the company brochure, updated information
 Fixture application and management of sales department
 General Affairs of Sales Division • Human Resources Affairs
 (Expense Accounting / Work Report / Absence Notification)
 Other tasks as assigned


About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 -70,000 THB Base salary

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai Nationality, Female, age 21 – 40 years old
 Bachelor Degree
 Fresh Graduates are welcome
 Experience in Sales coordinator/ Sales Support or other related fields
 Good command of both written and spoken Japanese
 Good command of both written and spoken English
 Proactive person who is willing to take initiative
 Basic PC skill (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Preferable:
 Experience working in Japanese culture

Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced conversation Level (N2 up)
