Work outline: Coordinate sales team and client by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information (making PO, Quotation and responsible for all delivery process)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support and involved in both pre-sale and post-sale process
Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filling documents
Field telephone and email sales inquiries from suppliers or clients
Research options and request quotes for outsourced components of projects or custom products
Facilitate the relationship and communications between customers and suppliers to define solutions
Source or match a supplier to produce qualified products as customer’s requirements
Monitor quality, service, and delivery issues, and take corrective actions as needed
Report month-end sales figures and activities to management
Retain good work relations with existing suppliers and attempt to secure more favorable contract terms for future business
Other tasks as assigned
