ลักษณะงาน

Work outline: Coordinate sales team and client by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information (making PO, Quotation and responsible for all delivery process)

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Provide administrative support and involved in both pre-sale and post-sale process
 Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filling documents
 Field telephone and email sales inquiries from suppliers or clients
 Research options and request quotes for outsourced components of projects or custom products
 Facilitate the relationship and communications between customers and suppliers to define solutions
 Source or match a supplier to produce qualified products as customer’s requirements
 Monitor quality, service, and delivery issues, and take corrective actions as needed
 Report month-end sales figures and activities to management
 Retain good work relations with existing suppliers and attempt to secure more favorable contract terms for future business
 Other tasks as assigned


About the Benefit
Salary: 18,000-28,000 THB negotiable

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Female, age 23-31 years
 Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
 1-2 years in sales support function or relevant field
 Have service mind and sense of urgency
 Good coordinating and negotiation skills
 Computer literacy especially in MS Excel, Word and Power Point

Preferable:
 Have Knowledge of ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004

Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level
