ลักษณะงาน

Work outline: Provide support to Japanese Lawyers

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Provide administrative and secretarial support to Japanese Lawyers
 Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.
 Receiving and distributing mails and correspondence.
 Scheduling appointment and travel arrangement for Japanese Lawyers
 Coordinate with all department and outside people
 Other task assignment

Salary: 30,000-40,000 THB

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Female only, age 24-35 years
 Bachelor’s Degree in any field
 At least 1-3 year working experiences as a Secretary, Sales Support
 Good command in Japanese (N2 or above)
 New Fresh gradate is also welcome
 Active, well organize and detail oriented

Preferable:
 Working experience in Law firm

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: Advanced Conversation level
