ลักษณะงาน

Work outline: Responsible for overall legal and documentation support for Sales Department

Duties & Responsibilities:
 To assist sales team in Information Communication Technology (ICT) division of the company in all stages of business transactions and with the preparation of documents necessary to comply with internal process and local regulations in the conduct of business activities
 To assist sales members of ICT division to prepare integral contractual document
 To liaise with Legal Department in Singapore RQ remotely by email or phone call in preparation of all legal documents required to form in accordance with sales commercial decisions
 Work directly with sales team during negotiation and execution of any contractual document with external counterparty
 Inquire to Thai law firms about legal issues under the Thai law when necessary
 Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai Nationality , Male or Female , age 26-30 years old
 Bachelor’s degree or above (Degree in Law is highly preferred)
 At least 1-2 years of experience in developing legal contracts e.g. NDA, Master Contract/Subcontract/ Service Agreement
 English language in the capacity of communication with In-house lawyer in RQ is a must
 Japanese Skills (internal communication and reading Japanese contract)
 Strong in communication skills, self-motivated and self-starter
 Ability to understand business model and internal compliance
 Good in organizational skills



Preferable:
 Experience in ERP industry is a plus, and is not a must
 Degree in Law


Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advance conversational Level
