ลักษณะงาน

Work outline: To help Japanese customer in every process of financial service

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Answering questions and inquiry about service products procedure of opening an account from both incoming phone call and in person clients
 Support Relationship managers in all customer-centric activities such as seminar
 Create report for investors
 Other tasks as assigned



About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 THB

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, male, age 25-45 years old
 Bachelor degree in any related fields
 At least 1-2 years’ experience in financial industry
 Willing to learn financial and technical terms quickly
 Knowledge in finance & security
 Service mind and client-oriented person
 Job hopper will not be accepted.

Preferable:
 Experience in Finance industry

Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: Business Level (N2 up)
