Work outline: Responsible for Secretary and interpreter tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Secretarial jobs for President such as Scheduler management, Booking, Make appointments or any related jobs
Interpreter in the meeting and office support
Coordinate with other departments to complete work
Work closely with President
Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulation.
Well organized in documentation and making good report and analysis.
Coordinate between Japanese management and local staff
Translate various documents from Thai/English to Japanese and vice versa
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Thai nationality, male/female, age 25-35 years
Bachelor’s degree
2-5 years’ experience in Secretary and Interpreter
Must have N3 Japanese Language proficiency (JLPT) or higher
Good command of writing and speaking both Japanese and English
Good personality, service mind, action oriented and mature
Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level – High (N3 Up)
