Work outline: Support Japanese staffs and company’s tasks through translating and interpreting
Almost all tasks are internal but sometime go visit clients with Thai or clients
Duties & Responsibilities:
Help Japanese MD and staffs to communicate with Thai staff in daily works
Translate documents regarding accounting and any other management things reported to Japanese staffs
Exchange E-mail in English or Japanese, and communicate with Japanese officers in Japan
Visiting clients with Japanese staff
Communicate with clients ( both Japanese and Thai clients) by phone and e-mail
Manage attendance of employee every month
Manage sales slip, transfer slip, receiving slip, invoice etc.
Other admin tasks are assigned
Other sales task assigned by Japanese staffs
