Work outline: In charge of supporting sales activities and also working closely with Japanese sales manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meeting, telephone calls and e-mail
Visit clients in industrial areas (Chonburi, Samutprakarn, Rayong, Prachinburi, Chachoengsao, etc.) about 3 days/week by company car (driver is provided)
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers.
Record sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office.
Gain a clear understanding of customers ‘businesses and requirements.
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations.
Revise the quotation for the new items. /Attend the supplier's meeting.
Other tasks as assigned
