Work outline: Take responsibility and support the current customer needs, and also looking for the new market and new value customers. Support the company to archive the sales target
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for existing clients regarding product proposal, introduction, inventory management, maintenance support and etc.
Visit clients to maintain relationship and support clients via phone or emails.
Creating detailed proposal documents and checking the delivery time
Provide after service and maintenance function to customer on customer’s request
Liaising with suppliers to check the existing orders
Support the customer and always listening to their needs.
Sourcing for the local supplier to support the customer.
Sourcing for the new customer and the new market.
Monitoring the sales target of the company and making it achievable.
