ลักษณะงาน

• Responsible to achieve the mutually agreed sales targets
• To collect market information related to the product groups which shall be introduced and to application which shall be pushed
• Ensure regular and frequent business contacts and customer contact, lead, guide and support local distributors
• Strong challenge spirit, self-motivated and resilience
• Timely provide local information on activities of competitors, new trends and market movement.
• Responsible for business plan and forecasting
• Implement country specific business strategies and align it with the regional strategies

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

• Bachelor degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Engineer or related field.
• More than 5 years B2B sales experience in chemical / automotive / healthcare industry will be preferred
• Knowledge in Japanese language is essential (to liaise with Japanese speaking customers)
• Fluency in English
• Independent, resourceful and able to work in cross-cultural environment
• Good interpersonal skills, communication and ability to work in the international team
• Confident and assertive manner
• Well-developed organizational skills
• Initiative, fast learner, self-motivated and eagerness to grow
