Duties & Responsibilities:
Communicate and coordinate well with overseas’ factories and customers, and control all delivery process of customer requisition.
Control all KPI such as inventory, stock level etc. based on business plan and target of Customer Support group.
Improve the efficiency of work process including building up effective infrastructure of IT systems together with IT support staff.
Proactively analyze delivery data for improvement.
Manage and develop the team of seven to eight staff and create strong team work.
Female/Male, Age between 35 - 45 years
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Arts, Management or any related fields
Min. 8 years’ experience in sales, deliver control, trading, logistics, customer coordinator of electronics component, electronics material etc.
Familiar with Import - Export procedures, BOI, customs formalities.
Good command of spoken and written Japanese & English
Strong leadership and management skill
English: Advanced Conversational to Business Level
Japanese: Business Level
