ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Join the regular meeting with design, site, and sales
 Interpreter for Japanese, when talking with Thai local partner
 Schedule management and cost management of projects which is joint projects with local partner
 Check drawing to improve product ability and quality for joint projects with local partners in the future.
 Search for new products which suits for joint projects with local partners, and introduce them to the partner company.
 Build trust relationship with local partner
 Visit agents and show criteria for finding new opportunity
 Arrange and attend the business trip in Bangkok for Japanese executive from head office.
 Other duties assigned

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 25-35 years
 Bachelor degree
 Advanced conversational high level of Japanese or English
 1 year working experience in real estate or Architecture industry
 Interested in Japanese working culture and Japanese companies
 Have willing to learn new business and be capable of multi task.
 Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point, word)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Working Design skill for construction building

Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level
