ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for payroll, and experienced with Business Plus program
 Responsible for Recruitment & Hiring process with recruitment agency
 Coordinate in-house training and other in-house and public training
 Support Safety Environmental in office
 Support company activities in order to employee relations such as New year party, Mid-year party
 Facilitated the Employee & Welfare Committee meetings
 Other related tasks as assigned by Assistant Manager

Salary: 35,000–45,000 THB

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, 26-33 years
 Bachelor degree
 Minimum of 3 years work experience in HR & Admin field
 Experience in Payroll system (Business Plus)
 Good command in Japanese N2 level. (Must have JLPT)
 Must have TOEIC Score (600+)
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
 Strong interpersonal skills, initiative and proactive working style.
 Willing to learn new things and eager for self-development
 Result-oriented and self-motivated.

Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Business level
