ลักษณะงาน

<Job Responsibilities>
 To manage optimal order in order to analyze inventory and daily customer delivery schedule
 Assistant to purchasing and import staff for optimal order in order to analyze inventory and daily customer delivery schedule
 Communicate with overseas subsidiary in Japanese Language mainly
 Negotiate with carriers and forwarders if required
 Ensure that incoming documents are checked, registered and processed without delay
 Manage customs, port and carrier documents
 Assist and support the team and superior where necessary
 Performs other related duties assigned

Salary: 25,000–35,000 THB

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน/คุณสมบัติ)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, 23-33 years
 Bachelor degree
 Advanced Conversational level of English and Japanese
 Working experience at least two years as sales coordinator, secretary, logistic coordinator (Import and Export) or purchasing.
 Pro-active and professional communication skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Having work experience in automobile/automobile parts industry

Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level
